Feeding Your Baby - A Breastfeeding Workshop: £60 per couple. Telephone/ email follow-up included.
2 two and a half hour sessions in pregnancy on the practicalities of breastfeeding and adjusting to life with a new baby. This workshop is designed to equip parents-to-be with realistic aims for feeding their baby in the early days following birth.

This workshop now also runs as a full day course from 10.00 to 3.30 or 4.00pm including lunch (cost £55 to £60 per person - according to the price of lunch)

The Breastfeeding Circle - A Breastfeeding Support Group: £5.00 per person
A place where you can ask questions of health professionals and meet other mothers and have a decent cup of coffee. Bra fitting service and breastpump hire/sale available

Feeding Your Baby - Birth & Beyond: £15 per person telephone/ email follow-up included.

An hour and a half practical session looking at the practicalities and legal aspects of breastfeeding and returning to work; expressing; weaning, especially baby led weaning; and more.
